The physiotherapist I saw was always very friendly and understanding of my health problems. Showed me lots of new exercises I would recommend. Always a pleasure to see and positive attitude.

Very good service all round. Things were explained well. Flexibility was evident which is good when you have to balance work appointment.
I did overhear (couldn't avoid it) information discussions about other patients which must surely not comply with info. Gov regs I wouldn't want conversations about me to be carried out in front of other patients. I also heard derogatory comments about a consultant.
My physio (Cath) was very professional however.
